Since our inception in 1978 Sherman Home Co. has developed residential subdivisions in Sacramento and Davis and has built and remodeled custom homes throughout the Sacramento and Yolo county regions. Our latest infill project, Central Park West, consists of 7 residences in downtown Davis. All of these homes will be equipped with photovoltaics and engineered to reduce energy consumption to minimal levels.
